Roof observations

Reports summarize supplied aerial observations and scoring. A thermal anomaly or visible observation does not establish a defect, leak, or need for replacement. Confirm conditions through a qualified on-site inspection before making repair or purchase decisions. Scores are reported as supplied; the scoring methodology has not been independently validated here.

Requests & personal information

When you submit a request, WAI collects the details you provide to respond and coordinate the requested service. Please avoid including sensitive information. Contact wasatchaerialintelligence@gmail.com to ask about your submitted information.

Service providers

Website hosting and form submissions use Netlify. Map tiles use OpenStreetMap; interactive viewer software, map libraries and fonts may load from third-party providers. These services receive routine network information when your browser connects to them.

Digital models

Models are provided for viewing and documentation. Accuracy, completeness and suitability for engineering or measurement have not been established. Contact WAI before reusing project assets.
